I have been trying to get a refund process started. I do not have the order # and have had zero success getting to a contact that can help me #metalayoff

The best course of action if you purchased the equipment from a third-party retailer would be to request a refund from that business. However, if you bought the device from one of the Meta retailers, we would love to help.
