What are the keys for ASW? ON/OFF and any others it uses. I ask because I think mine isn't working. I did do the ASW Hack in the registry before it was implemented and used a short cut on my desktop to switch it ON & OFF. Do you reckon this could cause a problem with it once Oculus updated to include AWS? Cheers!
CTRL+KP1 - Disable ASW and USE ATW CTRL+KP2 - Force apps to 45hz, DISABLE ASW CTRL+KP3 - Force apps to 45hz, ENABLE ASW CTRL+KP4 - Enable ASW to operate automatically
I am curious to see the difference between on and off, but my keyboard doesn't have a keypad. It is Corsair K65. Is there another way to toggle on/off?

You could try the Tray Tool by ApollyonVR. It has options to disable/enable ASW.
It is my understanding at least, ASW gives smoother performance for computers than cannot maintain 90+fps, allowing the Rift to not have quite so high a system requirement. I have not played around with it disabled any so really can't give a comparison to how it would be on my rig. I have been pleased with my performance, even when ASW does kick in.
