Whatsapp and Telegram floating windows inside VR interface

Why is there no way to read and answer messages inside the Oculus Home enviroment?? They is sooo annoying. Most of us get messages all the time, and it would be such a relief and time saver to be able to read and reply them without having to unplug the entire phone. 

My suggestion is as the title, a Floating chat client that comes up gracefully on the left or right side of whatever you are doing 😃

I would contact the maker of these apps... gear vr store has little control or input over these things.
