There is this game called Abalana’s Atom Maker I REALLY wanted for a while. I finally got my Quest 2 for Christmas but I realized that the game was not on the Quest store. Is there a reason why there are some games only for the Rift and not Quest? Please don’t say anything about Airlink and connect it to my PC because it did not work for me.

Rift games are running on Intel/AMD CPUs and Windows. Quest games are running on Qualcomm CPUs and Android. These are incompatible and there is a massive performance difference (the Quest is effectively a mobile phone without the phone).
A game needs to be built for each platform by its developer. It can take significant effort to optimise to run well on a Quest, which not all developers want to do.

Makes sense but the only way I can seem to play that game is to use Airlink but it isn’t working for me because when I try to log back in to the oculus PC app, it doesn’t log me in and when I tried the Airlink before I logged out the game didn’t load.
