So I am connected to my WiFi network but I cannot get any information from the internet. My profile doesn’t come up. I cannot connect to the store. I can’t update any games. I have tried another network and have the same problem.

Oculus got back to me when I submitted a support ticket. They said the only way is a factory reset. 🤦:male_sign:

it does this with me too. i have no clue how to fix it. Do you know how to troubleshoot the headset?

Same thing here, I did the factory reset and everything is working now except I can't connect to Oculus rooms.....

If I factory reset can I get my games back? And the thing is it connects to my 4G mobile data just not my home wifi
