Wolves in the Walls is crashing at random on both my Quest 1 and Quest 2 headsets

Wescott_v3.1
Level 2

I put it on for a friend the other day (using Quest 1) and it crashed in the middle. I didn't think much of it at the time but I went watch it myself a few days later and it crashed for me too. No error message or anything just a brief flashes/freezes and a split second later drops you to the home environment. So I rebooted and tried again and it crashed again and again and again. Always at a different spot but typically in the first chapter. I made it as far as the father practicing his music scene once but typically it crashes pretty early on. Usually just before or after the jar labeling scene in the kitchen.

Sometimes you see the chaperone boundary pop up just before it happens so I thought maybe it had something to do with the controllers going to sleep or auto switching to hand tracking. I turned hand tracking off and it still crashed. I tried making sure I was always moving the controllers so they didn't sleep and it still crashed. I dropped the chaperone sensitivity way down and was mindful to stay in the center of my play space. Still cashed.

At this point I just gave up and decided to factory reset but that didn't fix it either. So I went and installed/ran it on my Quest 2 and it crashed there too. Both headsets are on v38 and it definitely worked on both headsets in the past. I can't recall what version it was running the last time I watched it without crashing though...

Thanks, I was able to get in touch with the developers and they confirmed there is a problem and they are working on fixing it.

So, I forgot about this and just tried it again today and it's still crashing.... Any chance you can work your Oculus magic and push this up the chain as this is a product you're still selling on the store that hasn't been working at least several months now. I even found a post on Reddit over a year old describing the same problem.
