i dropped my left controller and when i play its tracking moves around and it wont stop

Greetings! Ouch, that's a bummer. Mistakes are what make us human though. So no worries, let's try to get this resolved as quickly as possible. 

 

For a quick resolution, we have a few questions and suggestions.

  • Is there any visible damage?
  • Can you please un-pair  and re-pair the controller?
  • Did you try rebooting the device?
  • Please remove the battery from the controller for at least 10 minutes. Then reinsert the battery and restart the device.
