my Rift S wont connect / no displayport connection

Rist S suddenly wont connect. I replug all cable the usb//dp  as well as replug from headset. When I get it to connect I get either a black screen or a three dot grey screen, audio is fine.

Thank you for getting back to us regarding this issue. So that we can assist you best, we'd like to ask that you gather your log files and submit them in a support ticket. Should you need them, the steps to gather your logs can be found below:

  1. Please connect your Oculus device to your computer
  2. Find your Oculus installation directory (Generally this will be located at 'C:\Program Files\Oculus')
  3. Navigate to Support and then oculus-diagnostics
  4. Double-click OculusLogGatherer and wait for an executable to appear
  5. Select Get All Logs
  6. This will create a .zip file on your desktop. Please attach that zip file to your support ticket
