I bought an oculus quest 2 in january and didnt get a silicone facial piece in the box, but it says im not eligable to get one shipped to me. can someone help me with this one, i really need it as i get pimples and rashes from it and it just hurts to use as its not super soft and sometimes feels like sandpaper.
