Based on the information gathered, it seems that the issue I'm experiencing with the Meta Link app's App Menu (sometimes referred to as "SystemUX" or "Library Menu" in Meta's forums) may be a common one. I am using the cable link option with Quest 3 Headset. This overlay or menu bar seems to cause performance issues such as latency and slowdowns when it remains visible over the virtual PC desktop, especially before starting a game in VR. Even though the menu is no longer visible once I am inside the game, the lag persists, indicating that the presence of the overlay Menu Bar before playing in VR has already impacted performance in VR. Additionally, every time my Quest 3 headset detects either a controller being connected or disconnected, the notification pop up window also causes latency, as it appears over the VR game window while i am playing. This intrusion, much like the App Menu issue, negatively affects the fluidity of my experience. It would be highly practical and efficient to include an option to disable these pop-up notifications, just like the ability to hide the Library menu bar, as both issues impact performance.
Would it be possible to implement these improvements? I believe they would greatly enhance the stability and performance for Meta link app if my experience is indeed shared by other users.
