Create own virtual rooms

I work in a small team and we create 3D models.
Is there an app for oculus quest 2 or in planning for oculus quest 3 where we can create virtual rooms ourselves, with our own models?

We don't need more games, we need more developer tools for meaningful work.

There are a lot of creative 3D artists out there waiting to realize the potential !
