Changes on Meta's side broke OpenXR in Unreal Engine 4

So after trying to solve a bug in UE4 4.27 related to OpenXR for two weeks, the conclusion is that OpenXR worked when they implemented it in 4.27.2, and now it has issues. The staff over at Epic thinks the issue has appeared because of changes Meta made to the Oculus runtime or Link, they're now working on UE5 only and will not update OpenXR for prior versions of the engine, which is unfortunate because UE4 has better performance and stability.

I posted about the issue on the UE section of these forums but didn't get any replies, can this please get looked at by someone at Meta?
