Need advice on Quest 3 and Apps

A good friend of mine (~60 years old, like me) had an accident several months ago and is now 80% paralyzed. He has movement control only of his left arm and from the neck up. He can sit up if he is strapped into a wheelchair.

I am trying to find out what game software and apps (tour of ISS, hang gliding flight, etc.) are available that he could make use of with just one controller and a Meta Quest 3 headset.

I really, really appreciate your help and advice because I am starting from scratch in trying to learn about this for him.

You are an absolute legend and an inspiration.

I've tried Real VR Fishing in the past and preferred using the one-handed mode that they offer. Much more comfortable to just hold the trigger to reel.
Beat Saber also offers one-handed maps for most songs now and you'd be able to tweak settings like turning off bombs to limit any movement issues.

Also, Quest 3 now has a mode called 'Use apps while laying down' which will make immersive content apps like Netflix and YouTube great options without him needing to use the wheelchair.

I hope the community can help you as much as you need to give your friend some amazing experiences.

If I don't take my foot off the gas, I might miss it all.

walk about mini gold is one handed from my memory aswell
youtube and netflix are usable in vr however those arent really games you can enjoy with friends but he can find some fun vr experiences on that
