Edit: After finding out that almost all 3D and VR services has been suspended from everything but streaming on Youtube. The only currently supported devices are now Oculus and cardboard VR and smart TV's using YouTube streaming app.
I'm aware there are many with no interest in 3D but IMO 3D is an essential element in VR. Some say 3D is dead, 3D has died more deaths than the Blues and Hollywood bad guys and somehow it's resurrected every decade to see some advancements in the tech only to die again. There will always be enthusiasts in the niche and I have always been one of them. In a way VR was a contributing factor in the death of PC3D because it fractured an already niche market.
In any case, the Quest is one of the best ways to experience 3D for one major reason. With conventional 3D we are shown two images at once while we are wearing glasses to filter out and separate the left and right image. The filters are either dark or color coded and thus changes the image you are seeing. In VR no such filters are used retaining a more natural image.
I started this thread with mostly PC3D game capture in mind but as I seen what the changes in Google's metadata video scheme has done. I noticed most of the things that once played great in 3D on PCVR and other devices, no longer play back as intended in current supported devices.
The following are shorts that came before the last 3D craze. There is no better place to see them in 3D than on the Quest via Youtube that I'm aware of. Early CGI from the 90's, we could only dream to be able to play games at home like this when they were made.

One with Tridef for 3D injection,
Can't say enough about Dolphin EMU's 3D and VR capabilities. Just about every accelerated game I've tried works well. . Edit: Links removed see below

Last one for while, running out of dropbox space. Half-Life 2 was ahead of its time. Worked with every 3D method that was available and even got VR support for HMD's of the era.

I enjoyed working with 3D gameplay footage so much I decided to make a channel dedicated to 3D gaming. I wish I could also cover VR 3D but seems it's currently impossible to capture the 3D we have in VR.
I noticed a good many of the 3D gaming sites on youtube are formatted in a way that doesn't give a fair representation. Mostly because the majority are NVidia shadowplay captures, intended to be viewed with 3D vision and they can control the aspect ratio. Unfortunately YT distorts the aspect ratio of many 3D files look squished.
I made a short demo with some ideas I'm pondering, I produced the background music. I tested this streaming to both Quests. The first game has lost quite a bit in YT's bit crunching scheme. Games are Far Cry2, Halflife 2, Avatar and Red Dead. Avatar and Red Dead are running off an Emu.

I edited my posts to get rid of the old captures. I think I found a better balance of data and quality in a Youtube stream. I concentrated on optimizing for Quest and mobile streaming because I found that Youtube now only supports full 3D playback on mobile and and TV apps. All other devices the 3D is anaglyph, red/blue. I also have a demo of Half life 2 converted to 180 VR. There is some texture warping when I get too close to an object, but I think it really gives a great impression of how it looks in PCVR.
It will only be available as 2D on unsupported devices but 180 on Quest and mobile.
Better 3D uploads.

S'more Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines with unofficial patch.
The original Farcry
Call of Duty 4 Modern warfare.
Star Trek Bridge Commander. Very old DirectX 8
Edit to add: I wanted a better representation of Skies of Arcadia with my 2080ti and Dolphin emu.

I wanted to try a few more 3D to 180 VR conversions. Far Cry and VTM Bloodlines would sure make wonderful VR mods IMO

When I started this thread, I was pretty melancholy about the state of PC3D and what seems like PCVR going down the same path. I've come to realize that regardless of where immersive gaming is going. There has never been a better time to enjoy what we have now.
Assassins' Creed Black Flag
Wings of Prey
Still running great in Win 10 BF2
Voted best Star Wars game by others, I find also best in 3D
Rogue Squadron 2
