New to VR and purchased the meta quest 3 after accepting a referral link but we both did not receive referral credit after a week or so of activating. The first representative was great but I foolishly didn't write down his reference number. The second representative Kirkx was absolutely terrible. Over an hour and he was not able to resolve my simple issue. Some of his requests were ridiculous like a screenshot of accepting the referral I had done weeks ago. The experience was worse than making an insurance claim. Left the online support completely disenchanted with Meta quest. Thankfully responded to the first representatives email and issue was resolved.
