I used to have a free trial of the “FitXR Membership” application for 7 days, during use I felt it was not suitable for me, but due to my poor English, I don't know how to delete or cancel it. I tried searching and only found the request refund button, and I tried clicking it many times, thinking for a while I will get a refund for the money I bought the app (because it's not suitable for me and I don't use it). So far I have not received a response to my request so I have to send a letter asking for help. please help me!
Currently I can only choose a 30 day or 12 month plan. But I don't want to buy this app. Even though I have submitted a refund request, my card is still automatically charged for the 12-month plan. It's too annoying and difficult for me. What I have to do???
