Horizon+ perks unavailable

Hey everyone. With Horizon+ subscription you're supposed to get perks included. Such as horizon+ user promotional coupons,  monthly quest cash,  exclusive avatars ect. 

To clear this up there are 4 users in my house hold and a 5th and 6th family member outside of the house that all have the horizon+ subscription. 4 of those subscribers are quest 3 users, 2 are quest 2 users. 

On my quest 3 and my daughters quest 2 we do not have access or even a tab that shows our perks. 

The other users all have a perks section in their horizon plus tab either on app or in their headset store. Ours just simply isn't there. So I'm missing out on a lot of perks I'm paying for by having the subscription on those 2 headsets.... 

I contacted meta support and all I got was we will get back with you. 

Any ideas???

    That is very strange indeed. I have H+ myself and haven't had any problems. Maybe check the settings in your phone app and hit the 3 lines on top right and look at all the details on your subscriptions and make sure that they are active. It must be very frustrating, I hope you get it fixed soon. You all should also get some quest cash in compensation for this. Don't be afraid to ask support for it.

      Good to know  but the user doesn't seem to have access to H+ content or perks at all. Might there be an issue with the subscription itself ? From the moment I subscribed I had monthly titles to redeem and exclusive perks and deals. Perks seem to be completely missing which makes me wonder if the subscriptions are activated ?  I've never seen a situation where no offers or perks are available.πŸ€” By the way H+ is an absolutely brilliant deal, so much so I've just changed from monthly to yearly ! Great job Meta !!😁

        I have been consistently in communication with them since this post. And still. Its not fixed. Now not only do i not have access to the perks i also dont have access to the new indie catalog 😐. AND i did a year subscription for my daughter on her headset. Same exact issues.
