Meta Horizon android app Daily Missions is not giving my coins

I'm having same issues for days, lost out on about 800 coins.  I got a response to try updating the app and log out and back in, which of course didn't fix it.  Then they passed me to the bug report section of the app which doesn't get a response or acknowledgement.  Mildly annoyed, if the goal is to keep me bought in on using the app and system, this isn't the way.

 I was receiving rewards for quest completion as of July 3rd.  At that time there were only 3 quests a day. I didn’t do quests on the 4th, but when I started doing quests again on the 5th there were now 5 quests a day and after completing them the app would show them as finished but would not give you the rewards. I have done every daily quest for the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th, but haven’t received any of the currency that was supposed to be awarded.

I should also state that when rewards were working, I was completing these quests on the headset and on mobile, both worked.

since it has stopped working, I have tried it on a 3S, 2, mobile on iOS, and mobile on Android.  None of them work.

I wish there was a way to talk to an actually human being that works at Meta horizon mobile app. But Meta only let you actually talk to someone if you have some issues with purchase apps and devises like Meta Quest. They don't have a way to talk about issues with Meta Horizon app.

I'm glad and sad that it isn't just a "me" issue.  I was starting to think it was just something happening with my account.  Does Meta even scan these forums? First time ever using them.

This reminds me of another "issue" i've reported all over the place between the App and Websites with no response or change.  I STILL haven't been able to finish the first quest in Music Valley for watching in immersive mode (the "trippy" smiley face).  It doesn't matter how I try to watch, in VR or mobile app, nothing will ever set that quest as complete.  I've tried reporting it in so many different ways and yet it still remains locked.

I reached out to support, they emailed me this.  And I replied that I have tried all of those things and it still won't work.  I also attached a link of this thread. Hopefully they can do something to help us..

I reached out them via chat on WhatsApp, I sent them screenshots and a Video that I recorded completing a Quest and not earning the meta points. I'm not sure if I was talking to AI or an actual person, but they told their name Was Noura, this is how it went:

I'm having exactly the same problem, I was able to redeem rewards and points, now in the last feel days I'm doing quests for nothing! I even get a notification saying the my points (that were not given) are ready to be collected, but when I clicked the notification, nothing shows up. I hope they fix this in the next 12 days :/

I can confirm still not fixed.  Luckily, they keep giving an easy quest to change my pants to me the last few days, because I refuse to put any real work into the quests for nothing.

Fulfilled requirements of quest this evening, quest disappeared from list, still waiting on like 2k coins from completed quests never paid out.
