Hi there squidgemyface,
It sounds like you may not have migrated your account from Oculus over to Meta before the deadline, this happened in January 2023.
While we are unable to recover any lost games from the migration for users, everyone was sent an email with a code to redeem their library on their new Meta accounts.
We would suggest that you download the Meta Horizon app on your mobile device and login to your Meta Account, then check your emails from a message from us with the subject "Important changes to your Oculus account". If you are able to locate that email, it will include a code which can be redeemed on the Meta Quest Store.
