Hi I bought my meta quest 2 in 2022 and I had beat saber free as a part of buying my headset. Yesterday I did a factory reset on my headset and now I went to download Beat Saber and it was asking me to actually pay for the game but I had it redeemed. I’m trying to find a way to solve this but can’t find the solution can someone please help me?

We came across your post and would love to assist, it may be possible that your account wasn't migrated to a Meta account before you factory reset your device.
If you had set your account up when they were still Oculus accounts, you may have missed the emails informing you of the merge to Meta. All users were sent an email containing a code to redeem their library on their new Meta accounts, try searching your email inbox for a message from Meta with the subject Important changes regarding your Oculus account.
If you are able to locate it the code there should still work, if not we are sadly unable to recover any lost games or applications as we have no feature or option to retrieve any purchases from a deleted account.
