AI features stopped working on Meta Raybans

I'm in Ireland. Everything was working fine then suddenly a few weeks ago when I try to use AI features it tells me the feature is not avaiable in my region. What gives?

  • Same story for my client: all the AI features were working on their glasses prior to the last v19 update and now they are getting the same message.  (am based in Australia) Have done a factory reset on their phone and re-paired it via Bluetooth but unfortunately the same issue remains.  Don't personally have the same issue on another pair of Ray-Bans but the only difference is what device it is paired to: my client's is an iPhone and ours is an Android.

    We hear you're both having problems with the AI features that used to work in your region but have suddenly stopped now, that's of course not ideal and we'd love to take a look into this for you!

     

    Now first up, we'd like to first ask both of you to make a quick bug report for the features that have stopped working, once that's done the reports will go to our engineering team who can have a look into this. 

    After you've done that, please also try with a different phone (if available to you) to see if the problem consists over multiple devices and if it does, then please reach out to our support team via our support channel

        after the problem apear i already update software many times like 2 times when they release

        but same problem it didnt resolve itself.

        i also try to connect it to another device but nothing different.

        my glass serial number: ***************

    same problem i bought it 2 month ago and everything was working perfectly in the first two week after that it stop all Ai feature and its tell me the features is not available yet in my region...

    i send report in the app and factory reset the glasses and same problem
