Connection issues with the Neural Band?

Hey everyone. I’m loving the concept of the Neural Band but I’ve noticed something that’s starting to drive me a little nuts.

Sometimes when I go to use it, it just doesn’t connect right away. I’ll find myself sitting there tapping my fingers like a weirdo, waiting for the connection to the glasses to kick in and half the time, it’s unresponsive. When it does work, it’s absolutely magical. But it’s inconsistent.

Has anyone figured out a reliable way to:

  1. Keep the connection between the Neural Band and glasses more stable?
  2. “Wake up” the band after it’s been idle for a while without having to fiddle with it?

Would love to hear what’s worked for you all whether it’s order of powering on, app resets, or small tricks to get things synced faster. Or simply to know I'm not alone.

    Thank you for creating a post, we would like to help you figure out what is going on with your Neural Band not responding.

     

    We would ask that you check if the Neural Band has been placed in the right location on your wrist as this may cause unresponsiveness, also if you could check that the Neural Band is fitted snuggly on your wrist as a loose band might also be the cause.
