Constantly disconnects from bluetooth

My Ray Ban displays constantly connect and disconnect from Bluetooth. I have tried to factory reset, turn on and off, unpair and repair and nothing helps. Then why I try to contact support it shows no devices on my account. I have tried using the serial number and then get told that the serial number can’t be verified. Anyone else running into any of these issues and how did you get support?

    Our Support Team would love to help you get this sorted quickly. To make things easier, you don’t even need to log in to reach us. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide:

    1. Head to our Support Page on your PC or mobile device.
    2. Select “Orders, returns, delivery and payments” as your issue topic.
    3. When asked “What issue are you having with your order?”, scroll down and click “My issue is not listed here” (bottom right option).
    4. From there, you can choose the support channel that works best for you.

        Thanks for checking on that! From what we’ve seen, you usually won’t be asked for a serial number unless you’re already signed in on the browser. Since you mentioned you weren’t signed in, that explains why it didn’t come up.

         

        If you’re currently signed in, try signing out, or open a different browser (or even a private/incognito window). That way, you should be able to follow the steps again and get connected with one of our agents without being prompted for the product’s serial number.
