We see that you could use some help when it comes to your Meta Neural Band connection via Bluetooth.
- Restart Both Devices:
- Restart your phone to clear any minor software glitches.
- Restart the band: Press and hold the power button until the LED turns off. This should take about 8 seconds. Release the button. Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to turn the Neural band back on.
- Verify App and OS Updates:
- Ensure the Meta AI mobile app is updated to the latest version via the Google Play Store. Ensure your operating system has the latest patches, as outdated software or OS bugs can cause issues.
- Unpair and Re-pair:
- In your phone's Bluetooth settings, find the band and select "Forget" or "Unpair".
- Clear Bluetooth Cache (Android Specific):
- Navigate to your phone's system settings to find the Bluetooth section, and look for an option to clear the cache or reset network settings. This can resolve lingering connection quirks.
