No power need to factory reset before sending for Warranty

Hi All,

I have the Meta AI glasses and I am experiencing a power issue where they do not charge and do not turn on. I need to send them in for replacements, but I cannot factory reset them as they don’t turn on or charge. Any recommendations on how to do this?

    If the glasses won't turn on, you've got about as much chance of factory‑resetting them as jump‑starting a wombat. Just send 'em in - Meta will sort it.
