Oakley HSTN not turning on

My HSTNs recently stopped working properly.

When in the case they show in the app as having a charge but when I remove them they do not turn on.  The case battery status does not show even with the glasses in it.  I have tried the reset by holding the capture button and switching them on but there is no indication of anything.  No LED light or anything.  The case reset also does not seem to work.

I have also tried a factory reset on the case with no effect.  I have unpaired my glasses from my phone and now cannot get them to re-pair with my phone.  As of this moment, I have no functionality to my glasses or my case as the case does was not giving my phone a status either.
