Oakley Meta Vanguard - Garmin/Strava lost in Poland after switching to Polish

I purchased Oakley Meta Vanguard in Poland specifically for the advertised Garmin and Strava integration. I am located in Jelenia Gora, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Poland.

Setup:

Glasses: Oakley Meta Vanguard (latest firmware)

Watch: Garmin Fenix 8 Pro

Phone: Samsung S26 Ultra

Region: Poland

What happened:

Initially I had Garmin and Strava visible in Meta AI app (English US), but units were in miles. I was advised to change Meta language to Polish to get metric units. After switching Meta AI app language to Polish, Garmin and Strava disappeared from Connected Apps completely. I tried to fix it by creating 3 additional Meta AI accounts, changing language, using VPN to US, reinstalling Meta AI, Garmin Connect and Strava apps. Nothing worked. I deleted the extra accounts and stayed on my oldest, main account (this one). Now I have NO Garmin and NO Strava integration at all, even when I set Meta AI app back to English (US) and use VPN set to US. It briefly appeared once and then disappeared permanently.

Current status:

Meta AI app shows no Garmin or Strava under Settings > Connected Apps. I can still take photos, videos, use phone features. I cannot link Garmin, cannot link Strava, cannot use Autocapture or stats overlay - the core features I bought the glasses for.

What I have tried:

Logout/login from Meta AI, Garmin Connect, Strava. Reinstall all three apps. Update glasses firmware, Garmin firmware, phone OS. Reboot phone and glasses, force restart Vanguard. English (US) language + Metric units, VPN US, clear cache. Factory reset glasses and re-pair.

Request:

Please restore Garmin/Strava for my account. Please enable it for Poland and Polish language properly. Please provide a real timeline for full rollout in Poland.

I don't want to return the glasses, but right now they are just a camera without the sport features you sold them with.
