Something went wrong.

I have a Meta Ray-Ban Display smart glasses, but I can’t use the live translate feature.

When I try to use the feature on the glasses, it opens the Meta AI app and then shows a “Something went wrong – cannot download language pack” message.

How can I fix this so I can use the live translate feature?

    Go to the Meta AI-App and set the languages you want to live translate from and into. 

    After that you should be able to start live translation by asking Meta for it.
