I'm trying to use the translate feature pn my Meta Raybans. 1 how do I download the software for this feature? 2. When I touch Translate on the app the app crashes

It's in the exact section you looked for it. Maybe update the app and restart your phone.
Once you have selected the languages you want to translate from and into just say "okay Meta please start translating" or start manually from the app.
Thanks Snoop. I did the restart, delete app, and still when I try to add translate to the app the App crashes. :-(

Send an report to Meta by shaking your phone in the app. Shouldn't be like that. Sounds like a hardware issue.
