For the security of my facebook and meta account
My meta account is hacked.He removed my gmail and added his gmail in meta account which is connected with my facebook.So now he is able to access my facebook.And I can’t remove that meta account from my facebook as I have no access on that meta account.My account was hacked about a month ago then I recover it with my passport and I removed hacker email but I couldn’t delete that meta account.As a result he again wants to hack my facebook through meta account.Already he changed my date of birth in facebook.So now I am badly need support from meta horizon.And I want to remove that meta account or remove his gmail from that meta account.Help me please.

My Facebook and all of the new meta platform, have been seriously hacked! This is largely due to the fact that meta apparently does not understand Internet Security. Alternatively they intend for their system to be insecure! I never gave meta permission to link all my accounts; Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, and God knows whatelse together in such a way that if someone is able to compromise any of the accounts all of them are compromised! Apparently but it doesn't understand what passwords are for! I really want to remove all my accounts from meta, and I probably won't return! I will be losing well over a decades efforts spent upon these platforms, but what meta has done to them make them useless. No they make them less than worthless. They turn them into an Avenue through which people can be scammed and otherwise hurt using my name. It's really quite a joke. I believe meta knows what it's doing and is seeking to become known as the destroyer of social media! And they are well on their way to doing so!
Explain how I'm wrong Meta?
Please help me to delete myself from all your platforms!
