Upgrade my game from Rift to Quest 2, upload process

Hello !  
I have a game aproved for Rift,  now I developed a Quest version,

I want to upload this apk but I don't find the option for apk's combined with windows version

My questions...

Do I need to create a new app?

Can I use the same app & metadata?
