Again?!

Hi @Exsavierbegaming2.0, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention!

We understand that you are experiencing some issues with VRChat. We know ourselves that these issues can spoil a great VR experience, and we wouldn't want our users to have anything less than the best.

If VRChat displays "Connecting..." then goes to a black void, it often indicates a connection or software issue. Try restarting VRChat, checking your internet connection, and updating VRChat and your system software. If the problem persists, clearing the cache or resetting user data.

We are going to outline some possible solutions that you can try to resolve this issue:

1. Internet Connection Problems:
Check your connection:
Make sure your internet is stable and working properly. A slow or unstable connection can cause VRChat to fail to load into a world.

Try a different network:
If possible, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or using a mobile hotspot to see if the issue is with your primary network.

2. Software and System Issues:
Update VRChat and your system:

Outdated software can cause glitches and connection problems. Make sure VRChat and your device are up to date.

Clear VRChat cache:

Corrupted or accumulated data can lead to connection issues.

Reset user data:

If clearing the cache doesn't help, try resetting your user data, but be aware that this will remove some personalized settings.

3. VRChat Server Issues:
Check VRChat Status Page:

There may be ongoing server issues. Check the VRChat Status Page for any reported incidents.

We hope this helps, but if this issue persists, we recommend bringing it to the attention of the developers VRChat Inc. We will leave your their website here for your convenience.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions or require further assistance. We are here to help in whatever way we can!
