Asgard's Wrath 2 Stuck @ hippopotamus

Hello,

 

I am stuck at the hippopotamus, were I have to sooth it with the harp.

Playing the harp has just no effect, do i have to do sth special except playing the harp? 

 

I changed positions and the way I played the harp but nothing happened.

The hippopotamus just doesnt react. What can I do???

Is it a bug?

      You need to play the harp as the arrows show.
      Maybe this can help. Look at 44.50.

      If you already did this without success, try if uninstalling and reinstalling the game can solve the issue.

      Make sure, cloud backup is enabled- usually it's set by default - to not lose you gamre progress.

      Learn about cloud backup on Meta Quest

      If this also does not help, you can roll back the game to an older save point. It helped other users with similar issues in the game.... you will lose some game progress and theres is no guarantee it'll work.

      i stil dont get it. what does the arrow mean? point the harp upwards? playing the top strings or the buttom strings? i dont understand that

      If the arrows point upwards, start near your body and play the harp strings by stroking away from you.

      If the arrows points down, start at the top of the harp and strike the strings towards your body
