bobber bay - can't buy things

loving bobber bay, but i can't buy things from the store. the items are on the screen in the bait shop. i can click on them with the trigger and they will make a noise and highlight yellow, but the info and prices don't pop up. i can pull the trigger on the blank price box and it makes a casting noise and will fill up... but nothing happens. i have 12k coins from selling fish now.

i saw a post somewhere about switching sessions if you were seeing a lot of bugs, so i tried that. i swapped to other sessions, i tried a session by myself. nothing. went back to a regular one. there was another person buying so i watched the screen and prices showed up for them. so i could click and see prices then and it had my 12k coins up top... but it still would not let me buy anything.

tried looking all over the menus and game info inside the game. i would have thought there would be a place to send in a ticket or something, but i didn't see anything.

META has emailed the same 'old suggestions repeatedly over the past 3+ weeks with NO Change in status and obviously our account is not the only one, yet META insists on 'sticking' to their T/S Scripts and pushing issue onto customer. I'm to the point of Spending my Time and Money Else where.....

It worked for me this morning. I did have to change sessions once, but this is the first time it has worked for me since I got the game back in December.

Gator Grotto. No seeable way to authorize my Daughter to Travel to Gator Grotto.

Switching sessions don't work i have tried that worlds broken i want to get a ticket to go to other island and cant kinda suck and now the sharks stuck in place wish they would fix it.

I'm having the purchase screen problem too. I've tried everything but the screen is a no show. I've caught everything and completed all quests. I would love to go over to Gator grotto and finish filling out my fishdex. Pls fix.

Hi there,

Thanks for posting into our forum, we see you're having issues making purchases on the Bobber Bay World store. In order for our engineering team to look into this and come up with an effective solution to the problem, we'd ask that you submit a bug report to them using the below steps:

Open the Horizon Worlds app.
Then, while holding both of the controllers, press down simultaneously the A&B buttons on the right controller and the X&Y buttons on the left controller.
Pressing all four buttons will start the process of the bug collection, submit the details of the problem here.
Once you submit the bug report our engineering team will be able to triage the issue more effectively.

Welp, seems like the game is officially broken! I have nearly 400,000 in in-game currency all from fishing and I have been playing this fishing game for about 3 weeks now. For the life of me, I can’t get the purchase menu to spawn. Dude in the shop says the menu is right next to him. There is absolutely nothing next to him. Can’t go to gator grotto either because it won’t even let me buy a ticket since the purchase menu don’t pop up! I can’t believe the devs would put out a game in shambles

Same problems , the report problem with the photo gallery has vanished, coincidence?

Done everything asked, no resolve, so many different operators all asking same questions , getting frustrated.

Over 1 million coins earned but can't spend any.

There seems to be ongoing and constant problems with this app. People might get somewhere with all these comments going to the game developer as it's not in Meta's perview....unless they decide to shut it down. I'm thinking the game developers have lost interest in it and aren't bothered to fix problems.
