Bobber bay fishing glitch

I have been playing bobber bay fishing for a bit and each time I go to store to buy something, it won't show the information on the store screen and I can't buy anything. I click on an item and nothing comes up for information on item. I can not buy anything in there. The players that where on last night where having the same issue. I have uninstalled horizon world and bobber bay fishing several times to see if that changes anything, with no luck. I need help. Not sure where to report this.

    Im having the same issue. My kid is so upset. It will only boot to the restore screen. Meta has ruined my kid xmas. i should have gotten the PS5VR...and customer service is closed on xmas,SMH

    Ye I have been experiencing the same problem, and I've been at it so long trying to catch fish to see if that was why but it just wouldn't work. It's gotten to the point I caught so many fish I have 999,568 dollars.

    Having the same exact problem as many here. Sucks because this is a fun game but too glitchy in this regard. Please fix the shop. Can only buy bait.

    this would be a great place to put something like that. i looked over the entire thing when i first started playing and had problems with the game. just looked again following your directions... i can't find it. there's a huge list of creators and the only option i have is "report world." the world itself isn't offensive, it's just broken

    I did that a while ago. No reply and no change yet.  Perhaps if more people put in a request for fix?

    Having same issue. Best game I've played since I get the headset. Please fix it. Also, can't find anywhere to report bugs. Nit sure why it's so hard to do that. Never played a game where reporting bugs was a bad thing. Hoping the devs actually look at the forums and fix the shop. I log in everyday hoping it's fixed.......

    Meta Support said to report it to the creator of Bobber Bay. Meta Support was absolutely no help. I've uninstalled it multiple times as well.

    I reported the problem multiple times with no replies.  Seems like the developers may not be in interested in fixing the issues so I am moving on to "Bait!" Which is also free.
