Can't Open My App Library

My Quest 2 recently force-updated to(i think) v81. My app library worked fine, but now, no matter how many times I press the home button, nothing happens. Despite this, the "immersive home" thing is still there, and my roomscale environment has been replaced with the stationary bubble y'all have been pushing these last couple of months(which I cannot use, as my environment forces me to have some sort of feedback telling me when I am about to smash my right hand into a wall).  I hate to be rude, but I paid for my headset in order to use apps, not to sit in a tiny apartment watching people run around like a creep while covered in a large bubble that won't tell me if I am careening my entire body into a bookcase.

      I'm having the same problem, and I'm pretty pissed that I can't customize my home anymore, and WHY IN THE FLYING **bleep** is there an INSTAGRAM WALL. I DON'T GIVE A CRAP, I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE GOD-DAMNED AD-RIDDEN INSTAGRAM FOR **bleep**S SAKE!

        Also, I have encountered an error where the battery displays a higher percentage at start-up, then goes to the real percentage, where it stays for the rest of the experience. Pretty mad about all this, I got a lot of pent up stress out by murdering npcs in gruesome ways (blade and sorcery is pretty much the only reason I can still function), and now my only platform to get that out is by shouting on the internet.

        update: it seems to be the "Welcome Home" thing that's causing my issue. it kept popping up earlier, and the weird horizon portal is gone too.

        i completely agree with undog about the home customization. I was fine with my nice space apartment, but they stick me in horizon, gave me a wall for instagram(who would want that in vr though?) and won't give me the option of putting another app window(bc i'd much rather stare at New Brakka for an hour than insta tbh). idk who tagged this with "call the wahmbulance", but they probably forgot this is a troubleshooting forum.

        If you can't access your library in your headset, you can access it through the Meta Horizon app on your phone and even use it to launch apps. You can also find your software version number in the phone app. I just got an update on the headset to v81.1034 build # 5131230.23080.520 a few hours ago.

          steve_40 Ditto. Just received it too. Haven't noticed anything major yet. It was working fine anyway. At the same time my new halo strap arrived without needing that over the head strap, (as I broke that flimsy anchor bar and had to temporarily come up with a jerryrig solution! The difference in comfort is really a lot. Takes all the weight off my face and is very stable. I know most people probably use one already but it's a revelation for me! 😁
