Question

Cannot contact Meta about missing game

When I go to the support page, it cannot find my device. Tried factory reset and everything else I can think of. Meta Horizon sees my device and I can play so I obviously have a device. 

Anyone have a way to contact them via email or chat. It’s getting very frustrating.
