Er, that does not appear to be a native Quest game. I can't even find it in the Store app on my Quest 3 headset, nor can I find it on the MetaHorizon app in the Store page. According to Wiki Fandom, the game was only released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. You must have bought it from a different online store, and I presume you would have to download the game to your PC and play it via QuestLink? 🤷‍♂️

The only goosebumps I see is in Worlds. Coincidentally I do remember a Goosebumps game on the Samsung Gear VR way back when. It wasn't bad, you had to hide from monsters.

      Hi RStockers17 🙂

like steve_40  I couldn't find the game in the Quest store or in the pcvr store.

      But Google could:😁

Goosebumps Night of Scares on Meta Quest

      It's for Go, Gear VR.

Can you start the game from the app?

Wow , you found it ! Would you believe it shows that I purchased it way back  in 2016 (I'm getting old, lol), but there's no download option for me even though I paid as it's only working on the Gear VR and Go.  It's a pity, probably wouldn't be difficult to add it to the Quest, but maybe they don't have the rights now.

I see..... maybe. Actually it should work on Quest too, or not

          I'm sure.....I am older than you😂

            RStockers17

I think, steve_40 and Maccyb123 are right, you can't play the game with the Quest.

I tried to buy the game - just out of curiosity😇 - and got a warning that I don't have Go on my account.

So, if you  have a Quest, go for a refund.

Quest vs. PC VR: Double-check that you bought the Meta Quest version of the game, not the PC VR (Rift) version. The Meta Quest Store and the PC VR store are separate sections, even within the same Meta app.
Check Purchase History: Verify your purchase history to confirm the specific version you acquired.
              2. Verify account and installation
Same Account: Make sure you're logged into the same Meta account on your headset and the mobile app that you used to purchase the game.
Headset Restart: Restart your Meta Quest headset. This can sometimes resolve temporary glitches preventing downloaded content from appearing.
Check Storage: Ensure your Quest headset has sufficient storage space for the game installation.
Redownload from App: If the game isn't installing, try initiating the download/installation again through the Meta app.
              3. Advanced troubleshooting (if above steps fail)Software Updates: Confirm that your Meta Quest headset's software is fully updated.
Refresh Library: Try performing a library refresh through your headset's settings.
Reinstall Meta App: Consider uninstalling and then reinstalling the Meta app on your phone.
              4. Contact Meta Quest support
If you've tried the above steps and are still experiencing issues, reach out to Meta Quest Support for further assistance. They may be able to offer more specific guidance and investigate potential account or server-side problems.
Note: It's been observed by some users that this specific "Goosebumps" game might be intended for different VR platforms (like older Samsung Gear VR) rather than native Quest headsets. If it's the wrong version, you may need to discuss refund options or alternative ways to play it via a PC connection like Quest Link.
