Help ASAP

My idiot brother, created an account on Roblox, and put his age under 13 and I just wanted some help on how to let oculus know how to not delete my account, because now they’re threatening to suspend it for no reason

If you have recently received emails from us regarding a possible suspension, please follow the instructions on the email to verify your account.

 

Once your account has been verified either by using ID or by Card you should stop receiving these emails, we hope this helps!

I don’t have an ID or a card, and the link that I’m trying to use to verify my account is not working at all and I am over the age of 13, I NEED HELP.
