If this ban was from within Gorilla Tag, and not from your Meta account, we're unable to assist as this decision is up to the game developers. I would give an attempt with their Support Team to see if they're able to appeal the ban or see if it may have been a mistake.

Hello I have had gorilla tag for a very long time now and I got banned indefinitely because of a ban evasion. I was unbanned for a day, but the next day I was banned again, and I was confused, I cant play with any of my friends. The only thing I can do is play around by myself @gorilla tag

    Hi my son has been banned from girolla tag he is very upset he has autism can u fix this or tell me what happened to get him banned thanks

    My son got banned from gorilla tag for ban evasion even he modded the mods didn’t work but he got false ban that why he’s so angry first day it was 7 days and the next day after the update it was 1319/2months do you can unban us from the game it would be nice have a good day!

      You'd probably have to appeal on the Gorilla Tag discord for the ban to go away

      I am not entirely sure if you could get unbanned completely but what you can definitely do is create a new account, it goes pretty fast and then you can play again.

      So to get unbanned go to gorilla tag's official discord and appeal. If that doesn’t work then create a new account. But it also depends on how old she is.  If she is under 13 she probably will get banned.

      All of this is really unfair.  I do know there are hacks for flying and walking into walls.  I don't play these games, but these hacks have been around for years.  Why not just fix the hacks.  They are all over the Internet.  Instead, it is AI, or in some cases a tech geeks, that infringe their power of kids with little to no oversight.  You are banned, and in cases for weeks, because you report a hacker.  So, if you report, you will be banned, if you use a hack that has been around for years that they choose not to fix, you will be banned.  AAANNNNDDDD the best, if you are on the screen and you don't report someone hacking, you can be banned.  Damned if you do, dmaned if you don't, and, the all time favorite.  It is all up to someone that you don't know, that is not held accountable, and could care less to ban everyone so their AWS server time doesn't exceed their monthly budget.  Time to see these folks in court.

        I agree and was considering the same exact thing! The amount of money I pour into the games, the stupid outfits, or the in-game purchases whatever they're called!  They literally give 6 "moderators" (who are probably teenagers) the ability to do whatever they want in the game and we're actually relying on their abilities to effectively supervise the millions of their users!?!? It's unbelievable that they can unsystematically select accounts to ban without any forewarning. The worst part is that there are no preceding alerts of the ban, and there is no proof that it's based on a just cause, or at the VERY least an email to notify and explain their reasons on their grounds to ban our accounts.

          I could not agree more.  It is so arbitrary.  we actually recorded a kid bullying my son online.  He reported the account and was banned too, even though all he asked was for the user to stop and that if he didn't, he would report him.  It borders on surreal.  I actually think it is time to send a cease and desist letter to them.  While it is their platform and I appreciate their attempts to keep children safe, it is the lack of true rules, warnings, and excessively long bans.  Two weeks is insane for a child - especially when there is very little, or no information passed to the parents.  That said, if I heard my son bullying, he would be off the game by my order.  I don't need a company to tell me how to raise my child.  I also like that they ban by external IP address, so if one child is banned, the entire house is banned (not that I can't get around that), but how stupid is that idea.  Yes, they are thwarting users from creating other accounts and rejoining the game, but how about those other children that are punished for their siblings actions.  That is about as stupid as I have heard.  Guilt by household association - ludicrous.

            My problem is that I got falsey banned for apparently having a invalid account so when I want to submit a unban request I can't use the in game computer to get my gorilla tag user id what should I do?
