In death unchained issue

Hello,

I have an issue this morning with the In Death Unchained app. When I start the Game, I have a message with the politics that are not respected anymore. Then I have a black screen. What does it?

      Hey Guys!

      the app seems to be repaired, now it works for me 🎉🥳. But it would be cool to have some explanation from Meta, about what was wrong! 😉

      I'm experiencing the same issue here. What the heck is happening? Is this game gonna be gone for ever?

        I'm in Türkiye  just checked now. I can't even find it in the store right now. Maybe some temporary issue ?

        I'm contacting the meta support team.

        They wanted me to do as followings:

        1. Restart the Headset as mentioned in the link below:
        2. If any changes caused this to start, undo these changes (Refresh Rate, Hand Tracking, Experimental Settings, etc.)
        3. Log out and back into the phone app
        4. Uninstall that application, restart the headset, and reinstall the application.
        5. Factory Reset your headset as mentioned in the link below:

         

        But, nothing works. Dang

        That's wierd. I don't play it at the moment. What exactly does it say? Can you take a screenshot ?

        The message states that "It does not not comply with Meta's policies" and some functions may be disabled until remedied" which is all the game. The library icon for the game has an "!" in a white and black circle. Thats the issue. Untill the dev sorts the issue bye bye game on meta.

        Also it has been removed for sale on the site. No [Buy] option.

          HoliamRoberts has made it so perfectly clear what is happening. I've got e-mail from meta customer support team saying that there shouldn' t be any problem. So I'm sending them some pics and videos.

            Same behaviour in the UK, this is my go to game, it better come back soon.

              I agree it better come back quickly.  I was just playing yesterday and now today black screen and policy doomsday.  This also is one of my primary games and it's been around for a while to be labeled with policy issues.  Hope someone figures this one out quickly.

                Glad I'm not the only one with this issue.

                Let's hope someone can either get it sorted or explain why it has happened!

                  I paid for this game and have a bunch of time invested in the save games.  It would be nice to get an answer about what is going on here.  I can't imagine that after years and no changes to this game in the last year at all, it is somehow now in violation of a policy....
