Meta horizon app camera roll

Hello all, I have a slight problem with the camera roll on the meta horizon mobile app, because although I have enabled all permissions and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, my camera roll still appears completely blank. There are clickable empty squares that you can click as of there was a picture there, however clicking send results in an error. Is there a solution to this?

      Did you find a solution to this?  This is happening to both my Samsung phone and my Samsung tablet.

      As of the moment, no I haven't sorry, however as I also have a Samsung phone, I have a feeling that might be a part of the issue? Not sure though.

      That's a mystery. I have an S25 Ultra and I can see mine at the moment. I don't have a Samsung tablet. I wonder is an obscure or hidden setting on your phone preventing it ? Or possibly some Android update changed things? I hope you fix it, and I hope it doesn't happen to me!. 🤞🤞 Contact Meta Support, maybe they can advise you. P S. I meant to say, sorry, that if there are clickable empty squares it might have something to do with the format used for the pics not being compatible. Maybe have a look at the settings for allowable formats on your phone.
