    Hello there Rohit3624!

We saw that you are having trouble redeeming a game that you are supposed to receive as part of your winnings.

We would like to ask you some questions so we can have a closer look into this with you.

    • If you could please let us know what games are included with the headset?
    • Could you also please send us the information and where you are seeing this.

We hope to hear back from you soon!
