Meta Quest+ subscription redeemed games expired in library

Hello, so I recently got my Meta Quest 3 in August, and one of the first things I did was pay for the annual subscription to Quest+, because I see it as a great deal.

I made sure to redeem every curated game, and every game from the rotating library. I checked several times, and even downloaded them.

I know have a few games that are expired, which I know I redeemed. They are A Township Tale, Sports Scramble, and The Climb.

They are in my library. Is there any way to reclaim them? It seems so odd because my subscription is active, and nothing else is expired.

I am confused if I did anything wrong. I made sure to claim every game since that is part of the value. Is there anything I can do?

I had the same issue. I thought the games stayed available as long as you kept the subscription. I was just told that they can rotate the games on the subscription. Quite disappointed because that is not what I was led to believe when I first signed up.

      From Meta's own Horizon+ page:

      Yours to keep

Keep your redeemed apps as long as you’re subscribed. If you take a break and come back, your apps will be waiting for you—just like you never left.

Seems pretty clear to me.  I just lost at least two redeemed apps which is a complete opposite from their list of "benefits".

To quote one of my favourite games of all time: "the cake is a lie" 😒.
