Question

Moon vr not converting 3D SBS video

I have a number of 3D videos. Most play as expected but a few won’t convert when playing they just play in the app side by side instead of converting? I am VERY NEW!! Few days so any help or direction would be greatly appreciated thank you and have a great day!!

    You need to contact the app developer Innovision as it's not a Meta issue. Go to you horizon app and click on the app. Go to the very bottom you'll see the website and you can contact them.  Here it is anyway so you don't need to look for it! Good luck, I'm sure they'll get you sorted out.🤞

      Thank you very much for helping me out. I eventually found one of my setting has switched, all is good now. Again I appreciate your help have a great day!!

        That's great ! I'm glad you got it working yourself. 👍🏻I haven't tried Moon VR, are you happy with it ?
