new quest 3s not getting batman

The batman offer expired last year.

I think you probably missed the deadline. The offer finished a long time ago. If you don't have one of two things, it's definitely gone. First, a bat logo on the box, if that's there you'll be entitled to it. Secondly, if it's printed on your receipt. It should show the 3 months Horizon plus, and Batman Arkham Shadow. If neither of those are there, you won't get it. The only other possibility is, if it was on the site you bought the headset on, you need to contact the seller and ask them for a code to redeem it.

Those are all your option.
