Old Account Gone, Games Gone

How the F do i contact the support? So i picked up my 7yo Quest 1 and i could not do anything. I looked up the internet, there was  some account migration a few years ago and i missed it. I cant even find a single email about that.

How can i contact the support? I have all reciped for every purchase still on my outlook, so i could send them to you and you could maybe give store credits or somehow add those games back to my new account?

I tried the support page but no matter where i click it says, i dont have a device connected or any purchases so i cant progress further to contact anyone.

There were a number of warnings to migrate your Oculus account to a Meta one.. The deadline passed on April 2024.

Don't send anything to us as this is an open unsecured public forum for users only, so keep that private. There are no Meta staff here. 

The best thing is probably to reset the headset and set up a new account because the other one is gone.

However, here is a direct email link to a human support person at Meta. You can always give it a try! 🤞🤞
