Purchased onward in 2023 now asks to buy me again

  • Hi, I’m having an issue with Onward that I purchased through the Meta Quest Store. I’m using a Meta Quest 3. The same Meta account that purchased Onward. It’s a secondary account on the headset, not the primary admin account. I purchased it on February 12, 2023. It still appears in my Meta Horizon purchase history with the purchase price and last digits of my visa. After my Meta Quest+ subscription expired, the game now tells me to buy the game again or renew Meta Quest+. I’ve already restarted my Quest 3 and reinstalled the game. Could someone from Meta please check and restore my purchase entitlement?

    Hi there, the different accounts seems to have messed things up for you. As a user only forum with no Meta employees, we cannot help with account issues like this. However!! You should talk to Meta Support directly about this, but rather than entering the AI bot responses you should talk to an actual human support person!, So here's a link with different options to talk to a real support rep. Gather all the information you need as regards account details, purchase dates etc and go to the options here. Good luck and hope you have a fast resolution. 🍀🤞
