Star Chart help

Hello,

So, on my Meta Quest 2, I have an app called Star Chart. It’s my favorite of the space apps so far. Whenever I try playing it, I get a Meta Entitlement Error. Can you help me with this? Can that be resolved, or is it just not going to work anymore, or what?

This can happen, there are a few different possibilities. As @steve40 says, contacting the app developer is a good idea.. Other possibilities are:

1. Account Mismatch: The active profile on the headset isn't the same account that originally purchased or claimed the game. (This commonly happens on devices with multiple user accounts enabled).

2. Network or Server Timeouts: The headset temporarily lost connection to Meta’s authentication servers while trying to validate the license.

3. Developer/Side-loaded Builds: If you are testing an app in development or using side-loaded tools, the user account may not be correctly linked to the app's release channel or permitted App ID.

How to fix it:

Restart the Headset: Hold down the power button for a few seconds and select Restart to clear temporary cache and connection glitches.

Check Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure your Quest has a stable internet connection so it can successfully ping Meta's servers to verify your license.

Verify the Account: Make sure you are logged into the exact Meta account that purchased or downloaded the application.

Hopefully one of those will help you. Good luck!
