The climb 2 gives me black screen

In this certain part of the climb 2 my entire screen god black with down and to the side arrow with a picture of a VR. I thought it might be something with my quest but when I die I see everything again and when I go to the menu I see everything. Does anyone know what this could be? It's kinda annoying because I was making progress but I just had to quit then find out the hard way it doesn't save your progress

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to resolve the issue?

    If cloud backup is enabled - usually it's set by default - you won't lose your progress in the game by uninstalling it.

    You can also contact the game devs if reinstalling the game doesn't help.
